Today Started Like This: Crab & Spinach Omelette

I bought frozen King Crab legs from Fresh Direct. After, I thawed and cooked them I realized that I didn’t have the proper utensils needed to crack them open lmao. So I wrapped the legs in a kitchen towel and then pounded them with my meat tenderizer. Now I have a bowl of juicy lump crab meat 😋. This omelette was super simple, I used what I hand handy. 2 eggs, a handful of fresh spinach, 1 green onion chopped, parsley, salt and fresh cracked pepper. IMG_3639
