Make Your Own Fried Rice

One of my favorite lunchtime spots offers a “Make Your Own Fried Rice” on the menu and this Thai Basil Chicken Fried Rice recipe inspired me to make my own at home. I added a few extras (fried egg and soy sauce) to my version. You can also try adding broccoli, green peas, bean sprouts, ginger, beef, pork, shrimp or any of your favorites. Bon appetite!
